01 / The Big Tear-Down

Stripping back decades of faded suburban wallpaper to expose the raw framing beneath. We preserved the structural bones but gutted every plaster wall to build a massive open-concept creative workshop.

02 / The Garage Lab

Converting the standard dark two-car garage into a high-octane creative zone: half professional puppet fabrication studio with industrial sewing setups, half precision Porsche wrenching bay.
